How being listed works
Two things are true at once, and we keep them separate on purpose:
- Inclusion and ranking are earned. We evaluate options on the merits and place them where they honestly fit. A vendor cannot pay to be ranked first, and we will not move a better option down to make room.
- A clearly labeled featured placement is available. If your product genuinely fits a roundup, you can hold a disclosed, FTC-compliant featured slot on that page. It is marked as sponsored. It does not change who ranks where.
- No medical or outcome claims for sponsors. A placement is a clearly labeled, disclosed slot. It does not buy a health claim, a recommendation, or a better ranking.
That line is the whole product. It is why a citation from one of these pages is worth something, and we are not going to spend it.
